Timely Arrival
Please arrive on time, if you are going to be late please call to confirm you’re still attending. Attending late to your appointment has a big impact on the rest of my appointments for the day.
Guarantee
Ensure you are looking after your nails after your appointment. I offer after care advice, please follow this to ensure the longevity of your nails.
If you are unhappy with the service provided please inform me straight away, this means I can correct any imperfections at the appointment (time restrictions my vary, if this is the case I will get you booked in ASAP).
All services have a 48 hour guarantee, if you notice any lifting or chipping within this period please contact me so I can repair this for free - this appointment needs to be arranged within 7 days of the initial appointment.
If you notice any chipping or lifting after 3 days this will have an additional charge of £2 per nail. You must arrange an appointment to have your nail repaired within 7 days of the initial appointment.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds but am happy to help rectify the problem with another treatment/ repair (time restrictions my vary).
No refund will be given if you simply change your mind of the design, colour, shape or length.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the service, please inform me immediately with enough notice to rectify this. However, once your appointment has finished you have accepted and are happy with the service provided.
Data Protection
Data protection - GDPR , privacy is taken very seriously and I respect all your rights under GDPR. Your data will be used as you would expect and not inappropriately shared. Your data will be stored up to 7 years after your final appointment.
